3. RESELLER STATUS AND MANUFACTURER LIABILITY
Bark Basket LLC does not manufacture, produce, formulate, test, inspect, certify, or independently verify the safety, purity, ingredient accuracy, nutritional content, or fitness for purpose of any product listed or sold on our website. All such products are designed, produced, and packaged by independent third-party manufacturers and brands ("Manufacturers").

As a reseller, Bark Basket LLC:

• Makes no independent representations regarding the safety, efficacy, nutritional completeness, or suitability of any product for any animal;
• Has no control over Manufacturer production processes, quality control standards, ingredient sourcing, recall procedures, or labeling;
  
• Is not responsible for any product defect, contamination, adulteration, mislabeling, or failure attributable to the Manufacturer's design or manufacturing process;
• Does not assume or adopt any Manufacturer warranty, guarantee, or representation by virtue of reselling the product.

Any claim arising from a product defect, contamination, mislabeling, or other manufacturing issue must be directed in the first instance to the applicable Manufacturer. Bark Basket LLC expressly disclaims all liability for such claims. Nothing in this section limits your rights against the applicable Manufacturer under applicable federal or state law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. Chapter 9) or applicable state consumer protection statutes, to the extent those rights exist.

4. PET HEALTH DISCLAIMER, VETERINARY NOTICE, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

• No product sold by Bark Basket LLC has been evaluated, approved, or endorsed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition in any animal;
• You voluntarily and knowingly assume all such inherent risks when purchasing and using any product from Bark Basket LLC.

4.3 Your Responsibility to Monitor Your Animal
It is your sole responsibility to introduce any new food product gradually and in accordance with veterinary guidance, and to closely monitor your animal for any signs of adverse reaction, including but not limited to: vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, loss of appetite, skin reactions, swelling, difficulty breathing, or behavioral changes. If your animal exhibits any signs of distress or adverse reaction, you must immediately discontinue use of the product and consult a licensed veterinarian. Bark Basket LLC is not liable for any costs, losses, or damages arising from your failure to monitor your animal or to seek timely veterinary care.
