Thank you for shopping with Bark Basket LLC. We are committed to providing high quality products and a positive customer experience. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and the operational costs associated with reverse logistics, Bark Basket LLC does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

However, customer satisfaction remains our top priority. If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within seven (7) days of the delivery date to report the issue. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

To initiate a claim, you must contact us by email at contact@barkbasketllc.com and include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photo or video evidence showing the product and, where applicable, the packaging. Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the request.

If a claim is reviewed and approved, Bark Basket LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the appropriate resolution. Resolutions may include a replacement of the affected item, store credit, or a partial or full refund. All resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Bark Basket LLC does not provide refunds, replacements, or store credit for issues related to customer preference, including but not limited to cases where a pet does not like a product. Claims involving incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself, are also not eligible.

To protect against fraud and abuse, Bark Basket LLC reserves the right to deny any claim that appears suspicious, repetitive, or inconsistent with this policy. Additional verification may be required before a resolution is issued.
